Reiki First Degree - (Shoden) Home Study Course


Reiki First Degree is the level at which one is encouraged to focus on self-healing. This enables you to channel more energy through yourself and to others as their own energy field is optimised and you experience the different sensations associated with the energies. You will be shown how to use the Hand Positions and then practice throughout the day, giving you the confidence to give a Reiki Treatment on family, friends and pets. You will also receive the Reiki Level One Distant Attunements, initiating you into Reiki 1 which will connect you to the Universal Life Force Energy, the pure essence of Reiki. 


 
 
Reiki First Degree (Shoden) Syllabus
6-8 weeks duration in which you will learn:-
 
* What Reiki energy is and how to use it, primarily as a self healing tool to use on yourself, friends and family members
* To become attuned to the energy
* The history and background of Usui Reiki
* Learn basic hand positions
* Receive distant attunements
* The benefits of daily energy exercises and self-treatments
* and you will be able to have lots of practice with friends and family!
